Our SCRUM methodology has quick deliverables (2 or 3 weeks), so the customer can evaluate the progress and the quality of the solution. We have learned from working on Web solutions for a long time that the development process can be dealt with remotely through the internet. However, if a customer wishes to have in-house meetings, we have partners and representatives available offshore.
